1. Privacy-first design
Casino Ajax Queue is built so core features work with data stored locally on your iPhone. We do not operate a user account system and we do not run a backend that collects your personal information for wait times or bookings.
2. What stays on your device
To provide the product, the app may store the following locally (for example via on-device preferences and local databases):
- Theme preference (light, dark, or system)
- Favorite venues and Tonight plan stops
- Reservations and visit logs you create
- Guest contact fields you enter for bookings (name, email, optional phone)
- Onboarding interest picks that may seed favorites
This information is not uploaded to CASINO AJAX QUEUE LTD servers as part of normal app use. You can clear local data from Settings.
3. Live status data
Wait minutes and occupancy shown in the Live Board come from an on-device simulator. They are not collected from you and are not a live property telemetry feed.
4. No analytics cloud
The mobile app does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs that transmit your activity to external platforms.
5. Support email
If you contact us at support@casinoajaxqueue.com (including via Contact Support in the app), we receive the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to include so we can respond. We use that correspondence only to provide support and improve the product.
6. Website
This website (casinoajaxqueue.com) may use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. The mobile app itself does not use cookies.
7. Children
Casino Ajax Queue is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security
Although booking and preference data remain under your control on the device, we encourage you to keep iOS up to date and use device passcodes or biometrics. Clearing local data permanently removes stored plans and reservations from the app.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The Effective Date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
