This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CASINO AJAX QUEUE LTD for the Casino Ajax Queue software ("Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
License grant
CASINO AJAX QUEUE LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes, consistent with the App Store terms.
License restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
- Reverse engineer or disassemble the Software except where prohibited restrictions are unenforceable
- Remove proprietary notices
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Use the Software for unlawful purposes
- Misrepresent simulator output as official live property data
Intellectual property
The Software is licensed, not sold. CASINO AJAX QUEUE LTD retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including code, design, graphics, and branding. This EULA does not grant trademark rights.
User data
Local data you create (favorites, Tonight plans, reservations, visit logs, guest contact) remains on your device unless you share it with us by emailing support. See the Privacy Policy. There is no cloud account feature in the Software.
No subscriptions
The Software does not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions. If that changes, updated terms will be presented in the App Store listing and in-app as required.
Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASINO AJAX QUEUE LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASINO AJAX QUEUE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.
Updates
CASINO AJAX QUEUE LTD may provide updates via the App Store. Some updates may be required for continued compatibility.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CASINO AJAX QUEUE LTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
